Three steps, about fifteen minutes
Find your sizes
Measure each nail across its widest point in millimetres, then match each finger to the size chart.
Clean the nail
Push back cuticles, lightly buff away shine and wipe each nail with alcohol so the glue grips.
Hold and set
Apply glue or an adhesive tab, angle the nail on from the cuticle and press firmly for 20–30 seconds.
